Feras is a guiding force behind the firm’s design voice.
He's an Australian Architect based in Melbourne. With a keen interest in Architecture since his childhood years, Feras designed and built his parents’ home at the age of 19. After having extensive work experience and completion of his Architecture degree at RMIT University in 2005, he started his own company and has since specialize in bespoke residential developments.
Influenced by modern Japanese architecture that explores both traditional Japanese characteristics and European modern design, his buildings often combine geometric simplicity with unfinished concrete (along with steel and glass) materials delicately balanced with light, shadow and wind. The Skyline house is a testament to these ideologies.
The focus of projects at FGR combines the desire to seek timeless beauty through constructed work as well as the willingness to provide a technical response to a specific context whilst pursuing the satisfaction of the user.
